We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who can own features end to end, from robust Django backends and REST APIs to modern, responsive front-end interfaces built with React.js or similar frameworks.\nThe ideal candidate has hands-on production experience with Django at an advanced level (ORM performance, authentication and permissions, background jobs and deployments) and is equally comfortable building clean, component-based UIs. You will work closely with product, design and mobile teams on shared APIs, and ship code that is tested, documented and ready for real clients. This is a full-time, onsite role in Rajshahi (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 BST).\nJob Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Django and Django REST Framework.\n\nBuild modern, responsive front-end interfaces using React.js (or Next.js, Vue.js or a similar framework).\n\nDevelop reusable UI components and manage front-end state using tools like Redux, Context API or React Query.\n\nDesign and integrate RESTful APIs used by both web and mobile clients.\n\nModel data with the Django ORM and migrations, and write performant queries (select_related, prefetch_related).\n\nImplement authentication, authorization and role-based access control, following security best practices (CSRF, XSS, CORS).\n\nWork with PostgreSQL, Redis and Celery for data storage, caching and background tasks.\n\nCustomize the Django admin and CMS-style workflows to support internal operations.\n\nWrite unit and integration tests, take part in code reviews and keep code clean and well documented.\n\nDeploy and maintain applications on Linux servers (Gunicorn, Nginx) and support CI/CD pipelines using Git and GitHub Actions.\n\nOptimize application performance, page speed and database queries across the stack.\n\nCollaborate with designers, mobile developers and project managers to deliver features on time for international clients.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering\n\nExperienceAt least 2 years\n\nAdditional RequirementsAge 24 to 35 years\n\nSkillsDjango REST Framework, Full Stack Development, HTML5 & CSS3, PostgreSQL, Python Django, React | NodeJS | mongoDB | mongoose | JavaScript | Github | Git, VueJSReact.JS\n\nCompensation & Other BenefitsMedical allowance,Weekly 2 holidays\nSalary Review: Yearly\nFestival Bonus: 2\n\nEmployment status: Full Time\nWorkplace: Work at office\nVacancies: 2\nSalary: Tk. 25000 -
