the following functions:\nVideo Editing and Production:\nEdit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, short-form videos, advertisements, and campaign videos.\nCreate compelling product videos, fashion edits, promotional content, and social media videos.\nHandle video editing, transitions, pacing, sound, colour correction, and other post-production requirements.\nAdapt video content to different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements.\nPhotography and Video Shoots:\nPlan and execute photo and video shoots for fashion, products, lifestyle, and social media campaigns.\nCapture product visuals, behind-the-scenes content, campaign footage, and other brand assets.\nWork with the team to translate creative concepts into effective visual content.\nGraphic Design and Creative Assets:\nDesign social media posts, stories, posters, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.\nCreate visually consistent assets for product launches, campaigns, and brand communication.\nEnsure that designs align with the brand's visual identity and creative direction.\nAI-Assisted Creative Production:\nUse AI tools and effective prompting to generate or enhance visuals, create backgrounds, and develop creative variations.\nExplore AI-assisted workflows to improve content production speed and quality.\nExperiment with new creative tools and techniques to support video editing and design requirements.\nEnd-to-End Creative Ownership:\nOwn projects from concept development and shoot planning to editing and final delivery.\nManage multiple creative assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.\nCollaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns and launch-related content.\nRequirements:\n1-4 years of hands-on experience in video editing, creative design, content production, or a related field.\nStrong junior candidates with a relevant portfolio may also apply.\nStrong video editing skills, particularly in reels, short-form content, advertisements, and campaign videos.\nPractical experience shooting photos and videos, preferably for fashion, products, lifestyle, or social media.\nAbility to create social media graphics, posters, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.\nFamiliarity with AI tools and prompting for visual generation, background creation, and creative variations.\nAbility to independently manage creative assignments from concept to final output.\nA portfolio showcasing video editing, photography/videography, and graphic design work.\nPreferred Profile:\nA strong visual sense, creative thinking, and attention to detail.\nUnderstanding of short-form video formats, visual storytelling, and social media content.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.\nWillingness to participate in shoots and take ownership of different stages of creative production.\nOpenness to experimenting with new tools, formats, and creative approaches.\nTools and Software:\nExperience with relevant video editing, design, and AI tools is expected.\nExamples include Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI-powered visual creation tools.\nCandidates do not need experience with every tool, but should demonstrate strong practical skills in their core tools.\nPortfolio Requirements:\nCandidates should share a portfolio or work samples demonstrating:\nReels, short-form videos, advertisements, or campaign videos they have edited.\nPhoto and video shoots they have personally worked on.\nSocial media graphics and promotional creatives they have designed.\nAI-assisted creative work, if
