to enhance natural language understanding and generation capabilities across our product suite.\n\n- Optimize and scale ML pipelines on Cloud Services to ensure high availability, low latency, and cost-efficiency for high-volume production environments.\n\n- Mentor junior engineering talent and foster a culture of technical excellence, ensuring best practices in code quality, model evaluation, and deployment strategies.\n\n- Partner with product managers to identify high-impact use cases, ensuring that AI-driven features align with user needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated mastery in Python for building robust, production-ready AI applications and complex data processing pipelines.\n\n- Proven ability to design and integrate Agentic AI systems and LangChain frameworks to create autonomous, goal-oriented software agents.\n\n- Deep technical expertise in deploying and managing LLMs within cloud-native environments, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership decisions.\n\n- Strong collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in a hybrid office environment in Chennai while coordinating with global distributed
