Job Title: Female Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview

• We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage construction costs, prepare accurate cost estimates, monitor project expenditure, and ensure effective cost control across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assess work progress.
• Evaluate contractors' quotations and payment applications.
• Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct material take-offs, measurements, and valuations.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure.

Requirements

• Proficiency in relevant QS software and Microsoft Excel.
• B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification.
• Professional certification or membership of a recognised QS body is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, measurement, and cost control.
• Relevant professional experience in building construction or real estate projects.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
