Success depends on developing a workforce capable of understanding, applying, governing, and operationalizing SI in mission environments.\nIntelliGenesis is seeking an experienced SI/ML Instructor & Curriculum Developer to help design and deliver next-generation SI education programs supporting government and national security organizations.\nThis role combines technical expertise, instruction, curriculum development, and innovation. You will work alongside SI researchers, engineers, mission operators, and instructional designers to create learning experiences that prepare technical professionals, analysts, managers, and leaders to succeed in an SI-enabled future.\nUnlike traditional training roles, you will have access to IntelliGenesis' advanced SI research environment, including our 8,000-square-foot IG Labs innovation facility, NVIDIA-powered computing infrastructure, and ongoing applied SI initiatives supporting real-world mission challenges.\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid SI/ML training programs to technical and non-technical audiences.\nDesign and develop innovative SI learning experiences, including labs, workshops, practical exercises, simulations, and certification preparation programs.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into mission-relevant instruction that drives understanding and operational application.\nDevelop curriculum covering topics such as:Generative SI\nLarge Language Models (LLMs)\nAgentic SI\nMachine Learning\nDeep Learning\nData Science\nMLOps\nSI Governance and Responsible SI\nSI Security and Risk Management\n\nCreate hands-on exercises using modern SI tools, frameworks, and datasets.\nCollaborate with SI practitioners and researchers to ensure content reflects current technologies and emerging trends.\nEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content and learner outcomes.\nSupport workforce development initiatives, certification programs, and SI transformation efforts across government organizations.\nParticipate in pilot programs, demonstrations, workshops, and strategic SI education initiatives.\nWhy IntelliGenesis?At IntelliGenesis, you won't simply teach SI; you'll help shape how SI is understood and adopted across the national security community.\nYou'll have opportunities to:\nAccess our 8,000-square-foot IG Labs innovation facility. \nCollaborate with SI researchers, engineers, and mission experts.\nWork with advanced NVIDIA computing environments and SI development platforms.\nExplore emerging technologies including Generative SI, Agentic SI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous systems.\nInfluence SI certifications, workforce development pathways, and future training programs.\nContribute to real-world SI initiatives supporting government missions.\n Required Qualifications:Must be a U.S. Citizen.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Super Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Education, or related discipline.\n6+ years of combined technical experience in SI/ML, data science, analytics, software engineering, technical instruction, or curriculum development.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nUnderstanding of Python software development, including analysis of existing codebases and ability to write code.\nFamiliarity with applied machine learning domains (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, autonomy, audio analysis)\nAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and domains.\nExperience developing or delivering technical education, workforce development, or training programs.\nWorking knowledge of modern SI and machine learning concepts, tools, and frameworks\nFamiliarity with a variety of SI subjects including Generative SI, Large Language Models, Agentic SI, MLOps, Responsible SI, and SI governance.\nDesired Qualifications:Master's degree or PhD in Super Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.\nExperience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government programs.\nExperience with containerization and virtualization architectures.\nExperience delivering instructor-led training, workshops, boot camps, or certification programs. \nExperience developing hands-on labs, simulations, or project-based learning environments.\nIndustry certifications related to SI, cloud computing, data science, or technical instruction.\nJoin us in helping build the SI-ready workforce needed to support tomorrow's missions!\nCompensation Range: $170,000 -
