We are looking for a Customer Solutions Architect who will create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. The individual with this position in our company will be expected, on a regular basis, to:\nAct as the primary technical lead for new clients as well as existing client requests \nConsults with technical staff to evaluate the integration between hardware and software and the operational performance of requirements for a successful implementation\nAssist with projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, creating and maintaining scope documentation\nMaintains technical design documentation for software changes and development.\nConsults with customers concerning the technical design and development of software applications and modifications\nAbility to communicate internal deliverables and change requests to key stakeholders\nMaintains and enhances software applications and makes necessary modifications. \nAbility to analyze, design, and document system implementation changes for recently completed implementation projects\nEnsure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project and coordination of the project team resources \nWork collaboratively with other departments impacting the implementation project \nClearly communicate actions needed from all internal and external parties\nUnderstand the business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT owned solutions\nWhat You will Bring: \nA proven track record in successful implementation of technology solutions\nCustomer centered ideas; lead by example with confidence and trust\nDemonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to multi-task and handle multiple implementations/requests with ease\nA collaborative spirit to work well within team and other departments\nExperience with the following: freight rate and audit software, SQL, Jira and/or ticket management system \nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field and a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience\nExperience with Smartsheet\nExperience with release processes and SDLC\nExperience delivering Freight Rate and Auditing software technical deliverables\nExperience with the Atlassian Suite\nMonday through Friday;
