solution. \nJob Responsibilities:\nEscalation and Support \nServe as the escalation point for complex issues unresolved by the internal helpdesk team. \nAct as an escalation point for backup remediation, ensuring critical data recovery and system integrity. \nOnboarding and Offboarding \nOversee internal user onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience. \nManage client onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all systems, accounts, and configurations are properly set up or decommissioned. \nInfrastructure Architecture and Maintenance \nDesign, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot datacenter and cloud infrastructure, focusing on Windows and Azure environments. \nDevelop and maintain backup infrastructure architecture using Veeam to ensure reliable data protection and recovery. \nBackup Management \nDesign, deploy, and maintain Veeam backup solutions for internal and client environments. \nPerform regular backup verification with Veeam to ensure integrity and recoverability of data. \nEscalate and remediate backup failures, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss. \nOptimize Veeam backup policies and strategies for efficiency, compliance, and security. \nRMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) \nMaintain and troubleshoot the ConnectWise Automate platform. \nDevelop and optimize RMM scripts and automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.\nMDM (Mobile Device Management) \nMaintain and troubleshoot Addigy and Intune platforms. \nCreate and manage MDM scripting and automation solutions to streamline mobile device management. \nPSA (Professional Services Automation) \nMaintain and troubleshoot ConnectWise Manage to ensure smooth operation of service delivery workflows. \nTool Integration and Management \nConduct proof-of-concept evaluations for new MSP tools. \nIntegrate tools within the MSP environment to enhance operational efficiency. \nPatching Management \nArchitect and maintain Windows and third-party patching processes to ensure compliance and security. \nDocumentation \nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, tools, and processes. \nDocument Veeam backup configurations, verification processes, and remediation procedures. \nJob Qualifications:\nEducation and Experience \nRelevant Microsoft certifications \nNetworking certifications advantageous \n3+ years of experience in a similar role within an MSP environment \nTechnical Skills \nExpertise in Windows Server, Azure infrastructure, and cloud technologies. \nProficiency with RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate) and PSA platforms (ConnectWise Manage). \nStrong scripting skills in PowerShell or similar languages. \nExperience with MDM platforms (Addigy, Intune). \nFamiliarity with MSP tools and their integrations. \nExperience with database platforms (MSSQL, MySQL). \nAdept at networking (Cisco, HPE, Dell, SonicWall, FortiGate). \nStrong understanding of backup infrastructure architecture, deployment, and verification using Veeam. \nExperience with Veeam backup solutions and troubleshooting backup failures. \nSoft Skills \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nDetail-oriented with a focus on process improvement. \nSkilled in documentation. \nJob Requirements:\nA home office set up that meets the following:\nComputer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:\nWindows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7
