This role is responsible for managing multiple small-to-medium IT projects simultaneously including client onboarding, Microsoft 365 migrations, infrastructure refreshes, network upgrades, and cybersecurity deployments. \nThe PM ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both client expectations and ITS’s service standards. Working closely with technical teams, account managers, and service delivery leaders, the PM drives clear communication, structured execution, and exceptional client experience from kickoff to handoff. \nJob Responsibilities\nProject Ownership & Execution \nPlan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects for SMB clients such as server/cloud migrations, security stack deployments, and network infrastructure upgrades.\nManage multiple concurrent projects using ConnectWise Manage.\nDefine project scope, tasks, timelines, and resource assignments using ITS templates and standards.\nTrack and communicate project milestones, dependencies, and risks with clients and internal teams.\nEnsure seamless handoff to Service Delivery or Support once projects are completed. \nStakeholder Engagement \nServe as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring consistent communication and expectation management.\nPartner with Account Managers, vCIOs, and Technical Leads to align project objectives with client needs.\nConduct kickoff, status, and closeout meetings with internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure partners and vendors are informed of relevant project milestones and deliverables. \nTeam Leadership & Risk Management \nCoordinate efforts across engineering, procurement, and service delivery teams to maintain accountability and progress.\nIdentify, document, and mitigate risks before they impact schedule or quality.\nProactively manage change requests and ensure project documentation remains current.\nUphold ITS’s quality standards and process discipline across all project engagements. \nWhat Success Looks Like \nProjects delivered on schedule and within defined scope.\nClients express high satisfaction with project communication and outcomes.\nInternal handoffs to Service Delivery occur smoothly and without rework.\nDocumentation is complete, standardized, and audit-ready.\nCross-departmental collaboration and visibility are consistently strong.\nJob Qualifications\n 3+ years of project management experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT consulting firm.\nProven success managing multiple concurrent client projects of varying scope and complexity.\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft 365 and Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.\nExperience managing client onboarding, technology refresh, or environment migration projects.\nProficiency with ConnectWise Manage, and documentation tools like IT Glue.\nExcellent communication and relationship management skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced, client-facing environment.\nPreferred Experience\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 environments, SharePoint/OneDrive migrations, Azure, and related technologies and PC Deployments. \nExperience working in a fast-paced MSP environment.\nCertifications such as PMP, CAPM, Prince 2, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum credentials are a plus. \nKPIs\nProject Closure Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time and within scope.\n Client Satisfaction (CSAT): Feedback on communication, transparency, and delivery quality.\nBudget Management: Alignment of resource hours with project budgets.\nTransition Quality: Smoothness of project-to-support handoffs.\nRisk Management: Documentation and mitigation of project risks.\nJob Requirements\nA home office set up that meets the following:Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or\nAMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or\nmacOS 12 or newer.\n\nInternet: Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speeds.\nAudio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.\nMobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.\nWebcam: An HD webcam for video calls.\n\nA very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)\nExcellent command of the English language both spoken and written\nAble to work full time 40 hours a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)\nAble to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.\nAble to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).\nCompensation\nPay rate starts at $8.93/hour and vary by experience and location.\nBenefits\nComprehensive Health Plans / HMO (Employee & Dependent/s)\nLife Insurance\nFlexible Benefit Reimbursement (Dental/Vision/Mental Health/Wellness/Government Contributions)\nPaid Time Off (starts at 15 days per year)\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nPaid US Holiday\nNight Shift Bonus\nSalary Advancement/Loan\nHealth & Wellness Program\nCompany-paid training and certification\nFraud Alert -
