You'll handle a range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service.\nJob Responsibilities\nThis role is expected to be able to resolve the following technical issues with little or no assistance:\nWorkstation operating system issues of any kind.\nPrinter issues of any kind.\nStandard business application (Office, etc.) issues of any kind.\nLine-of-business application issues for common applications (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks), and for more niche applications with vendor assistance.\nServer issues of any kind.\nNetworking issues of any kind.\nEscalation point for technicians\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations.\nJob Qualifications\nWilling to work full-time on-site, either at the company office or client locations as required.\nExperience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.\nExperience with Server 2016 through 2025.\nExperience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.\nExperience supporting M365 and Azure.\nProficient in Firewall rules, VLAN configuration, access point support and administration, and VPN tunnels.\nMinimum of five years experience in IT Support or a similar role.\nAdvanced knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.\nAdvanced understanding of managing, and troubleshooting networks.\nAdvanced understanding of virtualized environments.\nExperience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.\nActive Network Certifications are preferred.\nValid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.\nJob KPIs\nCSAT: Scores filled out by clients using the rating system in tickets.\nQuality Score: Assessments performed by the training and quality team.\nUtilization: Hours entered into tickets in the ticketing system.\nHours / Ticket: Average number of hours entered per service ticket. \nFirst-touch closed: Tickets completed with one time entry.\nCompensation\nPay rates ranges from $37.95/hour up to $42.90/hour and may vary by experience and location.\nBenefits\nMedical Insurance Plan\nDental & Vision\nLife Insurance\nDisability Coverage\nPaid Time Off (starts at 15 days per year)\nMaternity/Paternity Leave\nPaid US Holiday\nRetirement Plan\nSalary Advancement/Loan\nHealth & Wellness Program\nCompany-paid training and certification\nSupplemental Life Insurance (Employee-paid)\nSupplemental Health Plans (Employee-paid)\nFraud Alert - Recruitment Scams\nIntelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and communications misrepresenting our company.
