We are proud to be a Wisconsin-based company and serve customers throughout North America and internationally from our headquarters in Sussex, Wisconsin.\nWhat will you do?\nCommunicate with cross-functional teams:\n- Initiate kickoff meetings with internal team\n- Work with other IVS teams to uncover any unique or specific details\nfor each job\n- Communicate change orders with appropriate internal teams\n- Work with internal teams to assign appropriate resources\n- Prepare project documentation for Install Techs\n- Daily follow up/check ins with the Install Techs\n- Weekly check ins with PM Manager and other internal teams\nCommunicate with Customer:\n- Initiate kickoff meeting with customer, general contractor, and other\nclient stakeholders\n- Schedule follow up meetings to ensure site is ready for install\n- Develop a complete understanding of how the hardware & software\nwill be used.\n- Work through the project prerequisites, site readiness, and timeline.\n- Be the main point of contact from the time of sale to the end of the\ninstallation, communicating any issues effectively\n- Provide regular project updates and follow-up communications\nAdditional Duties:\n- Document all communication properly for both IVS team and the\ncustomer\n- Schedule installs based on company and customer availability\n- Read construction blueprints/floorplans/AV schematics\n- Track all outstanding items until job completion\n- Travel when needed for training or education opportunities\nWhy work with us?\nWe create raving fans of our employees by providing a welcoming, supportive, and fun environment and stellar benefits package including:\nCompetitive compensation package\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nLife Insurance and Short-term disability insurance\nPaid time off and paid holidays\nCompany-matched 401k Plan\nCompany cookouts and events\nCamaraderie and creative outlets\nWhat our employees say about working for IVS!\n\"The entire team is dedicated to the firm, but we know how to have fun.
