Our ability to operate globally in a wide range of environments, coupled with our deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, enables us to provide cost-effective solutions to support the most complex missions.\nAdherence to all customer site protocols is mandatory for employees.\nResponsibilities\nSystem Architecture & Innovation\nProvide expert guidance in the architecture and design of RF spectrum monitoring systems, considering frequency bands, modulation schemes, power requirements, and system integration.\n\nIdentify and develop innovative RF monitoring solutions to address evolving mission requirements and geolocation challenges of RF signals.\n\nAnalysis & Optimization\nConduct advanced analysis of RF monitoring systems using simulation tools and models to optimize performance.\n\nTriangulate radio frequency interference sources, expand system capability, and enhance mission success.\n\nCollaboration & Communication\nPartner with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to deliver integrated and optimized system solutions.\n\nCommunicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nTraining, Deployment & Documentation\nProvide training and mentorship to military personnel performing spectrum monitoring missions.\n\nInstall, integrate, and deploy RF-based software applications on Windows and Android operating systems.\n\nWrite and maintain technical documentation for research, development, testing, and evaluation standards and practices.\n\nQualifications\nSecurity Clearance: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.\n\nCertifications: DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II (or ability to obtain within 90 days), such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, Security+, or SSCP.\n\nEducation: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field (preferred).\nExperience: Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience implementing and supporting RF systems.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nStrong understanding of RF principles and communication systems, including Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.\n\nHands-on experience with SIGINT/COMINT systems.\n\nProficiency in transmitter geolocation methods (RSSI, line-of-bearing direction finding, Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA)).\n\nKnowledge of military and commercial communication systems (tactical radios, VHF, UHF, LMR, ADS-B, voice).\n\nFamiliarity with wireless communication standards (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G).\n\nAdditional Skills:\nProficient in Windows and Android operating systems.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.\n\nExcellent oral, written, and presentation skills.\n\nBenefits\nIntelligent Waves offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid PTO, life and disability insurance.
