You'll coordinate customers, installation partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, compliantly and on time.\nReporting to the National Field Delivery Manager, you'll oversee scheduling, customer communications, logistics, compliance documentation and operational administration while keeping projects on track and delivering a seamless customer experience.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nCoordinate site assessments, installations, commissioning and rectification works.\nManage customer communication, scheduling and delivery milestones from sale through to completion.\nLiaise with installers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.\nMonitor installation progress, resolve delivery issues and proactively manage risks, delays and schedule changes.\nPrepare and process network applications, rebate claims, STC documentation and other compliance requirements.\nManage installation logistics, equipment ordering and material availability.\nMaintain accurate project records, work orders and customer documentation.\nVerify installation completion and ensure all compliance, handover and closeout requirements are met.\nInvestigate and resolve customer enquiries, coordinating any required follow-up actions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes, customer experience and operational performance.\nKey Stakeholders\nYou'll work closely with customers, installers, suppliers, sales, marketing, finance, operations and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.\n About You\nWe're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused coordinator with experience managing the delivery of residential solar and battery installations in a fast-paced operational environment.\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:\nExperience coordinating high-volume residential solar, battery, construction, electrical or field service projects from sales handover through to completion.\nProven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously, coordinating customers, installers, materials and schedules to meet delivery timeframes.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.\nExperience managing operational documentation, compliance requirements, rebate applications and work-order systems.\nThe ability to understand technical documentation, operational processes and Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements.\nExcellent organisational, problem-solving and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.\nA proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes and customer outcomes.\nStrong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and keep stakeholders informed.\nA collaborative mindset and commitment to safety, compliance and quality standards.\n Why Join Zelora?\nYour Team\nYou'll join the Operations team at Zelora, the team responsible for delivering exceptional customer outcomes across the entire renewable energy journey.
