Through collaboration and cutting-edge research, your team ensures EVSE remains at the forefront of the EV charging industry.\nYour Role\nAs a Product Engineer at EVSE Australia, you will play a pivotal role in developing, testing, and supporting our EV charging hardware and software solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface directly with customers and suppliers, and contribute to both the innovation and reliability of our products. This is a hands-on, multifaceted engineering role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling new technical challenges every day. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact within the company, with a strong pathway for career advancement.\nKey Accountabilities\n- Support the development, testing and ongoing improvement of EV charging products, software and associated systems.\n- Conduct product testing, validation and troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality, performance and reliability.\n- Work closely with hardware suppliers, engineering teams and other internal stakeholders during product development and testing.\n- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams to provide technical expertise and resolve product-related issues.\n- Assist in the preparation and review of technical specifications, product documentation, user guides and training materials.\n- Support the commissioning, quality assurance and validation of EV charging products prior to customer deployment.\n- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex product and software issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\n- Support and share technical knowledge with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to improve issue resolution and customer outcomes.\n- Maintain accurate records of product issues, customer feedback and technical solutions to support continuous improvement.\n -
