Service & Delivery Manager - 12-month contract

Reporting to the Head of Technology, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will lead the planning, governance and delivery of complex enterprise technology programs that support our strategic objectives. Acting as the bridge between the business and technology, you'll work closely with leaders across the organisation to translate priorities into practical delivery plans, ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented from concept through to operational readiness.

You'll lead a diverse portfolio of work spanning technology transformation, platform migration, operational change, enterprise transition activities and strategic technology initiatives.

You are a highly organised and commercially minded delivery leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. In addition to this, you'll have:

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology programs, transformations and business transition initiatives
• Strong program governance, delivery assurance and executive reporting capabilities
• Experience translating business strategy into practical technology roadmaps and outcomes
• Expertise in technology discovery, feasibility assessments, RFP development and vendor selection
• Strong Agile and hybrid delivery leadership experience
• Knowledge of release management, testing, operational readiness and production transition
• Commercial understanding of contracts, licensing and vendor management
