Joining Zelora means having the opportunity to help shape our future, influence how we work, and make a real impact from day one.\n We're looking for a hands-on Technology & Test Analyst to join our Technology team.\nYou'll play a key role in ensuring technology solutions are thoroughly tested, requirements are clearly understood, and delivered outcomes meet business expectations. Working across projects, system enhancements and operational releases, you'll execute testing activities, support business analysis, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across our delivery practices.\nKey responsibilities include:\nTest Planning & Preparation\nDevelop and maintain test plans, test schedules, test cases, test scripts, test data and regression test packs\nParticipate in release planning, estimation and test preparation activities\nEnsure testing coverage aligns with business and technical requirements\nTest Execution & Release Support\nExecute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, smoke, sanity and production verification testing\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business readiness\nWork closely with delivery teams to ensure releases are delivered successfully and on time\nDefect & Quality Management\nIdentify, document, prioritise and validate defects\nRetest fixes and confirm resolution of issues\nSupport quality gates, governance processes and requirements traceability\nContribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives\nBusiness Analysis Support\nAssist with workshops, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement activities\nDocument business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria\nSupport process mapping, process reviews and requirements traceability\nHelp ensure solutions align with business needs and expectations\nPractice Development & Stakeholder Engagement\nDevelop reusable testing artefacts and documentation\nSupport testing standards, processes and governance frameworks\nContribute to the ongoing maturity of testing and delivery practices\nBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners\n You'll bring strong testing experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nWe're looking for someone with:\n3-5 years' experience in software testing, quality assurance or a similar role\nExperience supporting business analysis activities and requirements documentation\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)\nExperience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments\nExperience with UAT, defect management and end-to-end testing\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n Be part of a growing Australian
