This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for merchant sourcing support, onboarding, platform governance, merchandising accuracy, SKU management, campaign readiness, and operational quality.\nThe role partners closely with Business Development (BD), Account Management (AM), Category and Cluster Leaders, as well as cross-functional Product, Governance, Marketing, and Operations teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development & Merchant Sourcing Support (BD) :\nSource, identify, and reach out to new merchants based on target lists and category priorities. \nSupport BD and Account Managers with early-stage merchant communication and onboarding handoff. \n Merchant Onboarding & Platform Governance (AM)Support merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring all platform requirements and documentation are completed accurately. \nGuide merchants on platform rules, governance standards, and compliance requirements. \nMerchant Operations & Merchandising ExecutionSupport daily merchant operations across assigned sellers and categories. \nEnsure product listings are accurate and complete, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels. \n Campaign & Promotion SupportEnsure merchant products are correctly set up and included in platform campaigns and promotions (e.g., seasonal sales, major shopping events). \nValidate campaign readiness, including pricing accuracy, stock availability, and merchandising compliance. \nInventory s Data ManagementMonitor inventory availability and flag stock risks for high-demand or campaign-critical products. \nWork directly with merchants to address inventory gaps, replenishment needs, or operational blockers. \nOperational Quality s Process ImprovementFollow established workflows and standard operating procedures. \nDocument recurring operational, product, or data issues and surface insights to relevant teams. \nRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher. \n1+ year of experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace support, merchant operations, merchandising, digital retail, or related roles. \nAbility to support Business Development activities, including merchant outreach and lead follow-ups. \nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage execution-heavy workloads. \nProficiency in Excel and comfort working with system tools and integrated data platforms. \nStrong logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. \nAbility to work cross-functionally and know how to navigate internal teams to get issues resolved. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment. \nAbout Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
