and develop robust software solutions for Battery Management Systems and electrification technologies, ensuring seamless integration of software and hardware components.\n\n- Lead hands-on software development, including coding, debugging, and optimization for embedded systems.\n\n- Collaborate on hardware design, validation processes, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing to ensure system reliability and performance.\n\n- Implement and oversee functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity measures to protect systems from vulnerabilities.\n\n- Utilize MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development, simulation, and rapid prototyping of BMS and electrification architectures.\n\n- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, stakeholders, and management, to align on project goals and deliverables.\n\n- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and problem-solving approaches.\n\n- Drive an R&D mindset by exploring emerging technologies, conducting feasibility studies, and proposing innovative solutions to advance electrification initiatives.\n\n- Participate in system-level testing, validation, and troubleshooting to meet quality and safety requirements.\n\n- Stay updated on industry trends in BMS, electrification, functional safety, and cybersecurity to inform strategic decisions.\n\nQualifications and Skills Required : \n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.\n\n- Proven hands-on experience in software development for embedded systems, preferably in automotive or energy sectors.\n\n- Strong knowledge of hardware design principles, validation techniques, functional safety (e.g., ASIL levels), and cybersecurity protocols.\n\n- Expertise in HIL testing environments and tools.\n\n- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development and simulation.\n\n- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.\n\n- Demonstrated mentoring experience, with a track record of guiding teams to successful project outcomes.\n\n- An R&D-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.\n\nPreferred (Plus) : \n\n- Exposure to power electronics design and integration.\n\n- Experience in Electrical/Electronic (EE) architecture for automotive systems.\n\n- Knowledge of Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) concepts and implementation.\n\n- System engineering expertise, including requirements management and traceability.\n\n- Hands-on experience with industry tools from Vector (CANoe, CANalyzer) and dSPACE (SCALEXIO, ControlDesk).\n\n- Experience in design and implementation of HIL systems specifically for BMS testing.\n\n- Proficiency in communication protocols : Ethernet, ISO/SPI, CAN, LIN, and related automotive networks.\n\n- FPGA development experience for real-time control and
