Hands-on AI development experience is mandatory for this role.\n\nMandatory AI Skill Requirement - AI development experience is mandatory. Candidates without hands-on AI development experience will not be considered.\n\nCandidates must have practical experience in one or more of the following:\n\nBuilding AI-powered applications.\nWorking with Large Language Models (LLMs).\nPrompt Engineering.\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\nAI agent development using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.\nIntegrating AI models through APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.\nDeveloping AI-enabled workflows and intelligent business applications.\nNote: Experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) alone does not meet this requirement. Candidates must have actual AI application development experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain full-stack web applications.\nBuild responsive frontend applications using React.js.\nDevelop backend REST APIs using Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).\nDesign, develop, and integrate AI-powered features into applications.\nDevelop and deploy applications on AWS cloud services.\nWork with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server).\nIntegrate frontend and backend components.\nFollow Agile/Scrum development processes.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.\n\nRequired Skills (Mandatory)\n3 to 5 years of Full Stack development experience.\nStrong experience in React.js.\nStrong backend development experience in Python.\nHands-on experience with AWS cloud services.\nHands-on AI development experience (Mandatory).\nExperience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.\nREST API development experience.\nStrong SQL database experience.\nGit and Agile development workflow.\nGood
