du poste\n\nDans le cadre du développement de ses activités,\r\nINTELLI recrute une Assistante en Ressources Humaines chargée d’assurer le\r\nsupport administratif et organisationnel de la Direction, de coordonner les\r\nactivités administratives et de contribuer au bon fonctionnement des opérations\r\ninternes de l’entreprise.\nLe poste nécessite une personne organisée,\r\ndiscrète, proactive et disposant d’excellentes capacités de communication et de\r\ngestion des priorités.\n\nParticiper au processus de recrutement (publication des annonces, tri des candidatures, organisation des entretiens). \n Assurer l’intégration et le suivi administratif des nouveaux collaborateurs. \nGérer les dossiers du personnel (contrats, absences, congés, paie). \nContribuer à la mise en place et au suivi des plans de formation. \nAppuyer la Direction dans la gestion des performances et le reporting RH. \nVeiller au respect des obligations légales et des procédures internes.\n\nCompétences techniques\nDiplôme en Ressources Humaines, Droit ou Administration. \nExpérience de 1 à 3 ans dans une fonction similaire. \nMaîtrise des outils bureautiques et idéalement des logiciels RH (Odoo, etc.). \nSens de l’organisation, rigueur et discrétion. \nBon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe. \nMaîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et/ou l’arabe (oral et écrit)\nQualités personnelles\nSens élevé de l’organisation et rigueur\nDiscrétion et confidentialité\nExcellent relationnel et sens du service\nAutonomie et proactivité\nCapacité d’adaptation et gestion du
