You’re comfortable owning recruiting from start to finish and enjoy creating thoughtful experiences that help employees connect with their work, their colleagues, and the company.\nAbout the Role\nAs Intellistack’s Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Partner, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting and help create a seamless transition from candidate to employee.You will report directly to Intellistack’s Head of People, and partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, attract talent, and guide consistent, effective hiring decisions.\nTalent acquisition will be your primary focus. You’ll also coordinate key parts of onboarding and contribute to employee experience initiatives alongside the People & Talent team, helping make Intellistack a welcoming and engaging place to work.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTalent Acquisition\nOwn full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and acceptance.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and align on what success looks like.\n\nProactively source and engage candidates, building talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.\n\nGuide hiring teams through candidate evaluation, timely feedback, and thoughtful selection decisions.\n\nDeliver a responsive, personal candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-through.\n\nPartner with the People & Talent team and hiring managers on compensation alignment, prepare and send approved offer letters, and manage offer conversations.\n\nMaintain accurate applicant tracking system records and use recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve the hiring process.\n\nUse our ATS to its full capability, continually refining automations, workflows, templates, scorecards, and reporting so a lean People team can hire consistently and at scale.\n\nExplore and pilot responsible uses of AI and automation in recruiting, such as sourcing, outreach, and scheduling, to improve efficiency and candidate experience, with people always making the hiring decisions.\n\nSupport employer branding through job postings, candidate communications, and stories that reflect working at Intellistack.\n\nPreboarding & New Hire Onboarding\nOwn the transition from accepted offer to week one keeping new hires informed, connected, and clear on what to expect before they arrive.\n\nPartner with People Operations, IT, and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding activities and readiness.\n\nLead Day One and Week One new hire welcome sessions that introduce Intellistack’s culture, values, ways of working, and key resources.\n\nHelp managers prepare thoughtful onboarding plans that provide clarity, connection, and early direction.\n\nGather new hire feedback through Week 1 and 30 day check-ins, and share themes and recommendations with the People team to improve the experience.\n\nEmployee Experience\nPartner with the People & Talent team on initiatives that strengthen employee connection, recognition, and belonging.\n\nHelp plan and execute employee events, culture activities, and opportunities for connection across remote and office-based teams.\n\nSupport employee experience communications, making it easy for employees to understand and participate in company initiatives.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperience owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, ideally within a technology company or a growing organization.\n\nA track record of building trusted hiring manager relationships and delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.\n\nStrong sourcing skills and experience using an applicant tracking system (we use Ashby) to manage searches and recruiting activity.\n\nThe judgment to balance hiring urgency with a consistent, thoughtful selection process.\n\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.\n\nClear, approachable communication and comfort facilitating welcome sessions or small group activities.\n\nAn interest in onboarding, culture, and employee experience, with a willingness to contribute beyond recruiting.\n\nSound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive candidate and employee information.\n\nCuriosity about automation and AI in recruiting, with hands-on experience experimenting and a perspective on where they help and where the human touch matters most.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nHiring managers have a trusted partner and clear visibility into their searches.\n\nCandidates receive timely communication and a consistent, positive experience.\n\nNew hires begin prepared, feel welcomed, and understand how to get started.\n\nEmployee experience initiatives are thoughtfully organized and help people feel connected to Intellistack.\n\nLocation:\nThis role is remote, and can be located anywhere in the US. Periodic travel may be required.\nCompensation:\nThe annual base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000, plus eligibility for a quarterly performance bonus targeted at 10% of base salary.\nSalary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
