implemented\nMonitor equipment usage and stock consumption to ensure efficiency and minimize waste\nDevelop, implement, and monitor systems that capture and communicate guest preferences while safeguarding privacy\nAttend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to remain informed of team and organizational developments\nMaintain detailed knowledge of all Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B procedures to provide continuous guidance\nCreate an environment that fosters positive employee engagement and commitment\nProvide timely feedback and conduct performance appraisals in accordance with required standards\nEnforce discipline, when necessary, in line with the Code of Conduct\nCoordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery\nPrepare and propose the annual budget, working with finance and purchasing to maintain inventory and par stock levels\nManage department rosters, attendance, and leave balances to control staffing costs\nOversee Night Auditors and ensure adherence to required standards and procedures for accurate daily financials\nConduct regular reconciliation of all floats to prevent discrepancies\nDeliver ongoing training on all SOPs and ensure team compliance with relevant procedures\nIdentify and communicate opportunities for quality improvement and drive implementation\nSkills and Attributes:Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment\nExpertise in handling complaints\nStrong team leadership and management capabilities\nSuperior communication and interpersonal skills\nFinancial acumen\nHigh personal and professional integrity\n Experience and Skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry\nDiploma in Hospitality Management or Tourism beneficial\nAdvanced computer skills, including MS Office, email, and internet\nExperience with Protel PMS advantageous\nValid driver’s
