(RAG) pipelines.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and develop production-ready AI applications, LLM-powered services, and agentic AI workflows.\n\n- Build scalable backend services and automation using Python.\n\n- Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search solutions.\n\n- Integrate LLMs and AI services with enterprise systems using REST APIs, OData APIs, and SQL.\n\n- Develop AI agents with tool calling, function calling, and workflow orchestration capabilities.\n\n- Evaluate and optimize AI application quality, performance, reliability, and scalability.\n\n- Collaborate with US-based AI leadership on solution architecture and engineering best practices.\n\n- Mentor junior AI engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 5 - 7 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on AI engineering experience.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade software development.\n\n- Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.\n\n- Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks.\n\n- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector stores, and tool/function calling.\n\n- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating AI applications with databases and enterprise systems.\n\n- Understanding of AI evaluation, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization.\n\n- Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical guidance.\n\n- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collaborate with international teams.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n- Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Power Platform.\n\n- Enterprise ERP integrations and business workflow automation.\n\n- AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring tools.\n\n- Experience
