customers in Storefront lobby.\n\nPerforms opening and closing duties in Storefront lobby.\n\nPerforms CSR Greeter duties throughout the shift.\n\nProcesses mail and fax applications; processes correspondence received via mail or fax; processes account replenishments; processes account closures; processes \"payment return\" correspondence.\n\nMaintains an above-average attendance record.\n\nScans documentation for attachment to accounts.\n\nMaintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers.\n\nWork safely without presenting a threat to self or others.\n\nNegotiates payments and fee reductions up to established limits.\n\nReviews notices and verifies data through use of several computer systems\n\nRecords individual completed daily work statistics.\n\nTroubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for phone customers.\n\nAssists other departments or functions with tasks when needed.\n\nPerform additional duties as required by management.\n\nQualifications:\nMust be 18 years of age or older\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n\nFluency in both the English and Spanish language\n\nAbility to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions\n\nPossess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while
