calls/emails from customers of a major telecommunications company\n\nEducate and inform callers of debt and credit reporting details, taking action when necessary and noting accounts accordingly\n\nOffer solutions and handle each case with the utmost care\n\nEducation about consumer protection rights and best practices\n\nMaintains good public relations\n\nAdhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements\n\nMaintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals\n\nReact positively to an ongoing, changing and System Training programs and the FDCPA Test\n\nPerform additional duties as required by management\n\nWhat We Look for in a Candidate:\nMust be 18 years of age or older\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\n\nSuperb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us\n\nPossess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone\n\nAbility to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with no distractions\n\nCall Center or Collections experience preferred\n\nAt least 1 year of Customer Service experience required\n\nExcellent communication, both written and oral\n\nAbility to apply basic mathematical concepts\n\nWork at home requirements:\nInteLogix will provide a computer for the duration of your employment on this program\n\nMust provide 2 computer monitors along with appropriate cables to connect to the InteLogix computer\n\nHigh speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router (no satellite, wireless or hotspot) 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed\n\nWiFi must be turned off at all times\n\nPrivate and distraction free home work space with the ability to close a
