In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers via phone\nProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutions\nMaintain a thorough understanding of products, services and policies to effectively assist customers\nAccurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms\nCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary\nStrive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics\nContinuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes\nStay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers\nAbility to work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays \nWhat We Look for in a Candidate:\nMust be 18 years of age or older\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nAt least 6 months of call center experience required\nStrong typing skills are required\nProficient with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce\nTroubleshoot basic technical issues\nAbility to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions, constant sedentary work\nPossess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the
