This role will be responsible for providing day-to-day Human Resources support throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring HR practices and processes are aligned with El Salvador labor laws and local employment requirements.\nThe ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong sense of urgency, communicates effectively with employees and leaders, and is comfortable managing multiple HR priorities simultaneously.\nCandidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Human Resources experience and a solid understanding of Salvadoran labor legislation and HR best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day HR support to employees, supervisors, and managers. \nServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, and employment-related matters. \nSupport the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and terminations. \nEnsure HR practices and employment actions comply with El Salvador labor laws and local regulations. \nProvide guidance to leadership regarding employee relations, attendance, performance, disciplinary actions, and corrective action processes. \nManage and document employee relations cases while ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and appropriate follow-up. \nPrepare and maintain HR documentation, personnel actions, employee records, and required supporting documentation. \nSupport attendance management and work closely with operations leadership to identify and address attendance and attrition trends. \nConduct employee engagement and retention conversations and help identify opportunities to improve the employee experience. \nSupport investigations related to employee complaints, workplace concerns, policy violations, and other employee relations matters. \nAssist with benefits administration and employee inquiries regarding company benefits and local statutory benefits. \nCoordinate with Payroll and other departments to ensure employee information and employment changes are accurate and processed on time. \nMaintain accurate employee information within the HRIS and ensure documentation is complete and up to date. \nSupport HR reporting and tracking of key metrics such as headcount, turnover, attendance, employee relations cases, and terminations. \nParticipate in HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, communications, and special projects. \nMaintain a visible and approachable HR presence and build strong relationships with employees and leadership. \nQualifications\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or Employee Relations role. \nMinimun 2 years experience in BPO Industries. \nStrong knowledge and practical understanding of El Salvador labor laws and employment regulations. \nExperience handling employee relations, disciplinary processes, attendance management, terminations, and HR documentation. \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills. \nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. \nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and other HR team members. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems;
