You'll shape how it feels to work at Intenseye, from a candidate's first interview to a new hire's first day to the events that bring the team together. Day to day, you'll sit where people, workplace and business operations meet: running the office, planning events, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. You'll work closely with the People team and support our leadership team, so you'll get broad exposure to how a fast-growing company works.\nThis role is a strong fit for someone who is:\nA natural culture-builder: you energize a room, bring people together, and care about making work a place people want to be.\n\nHighly organized: you juggle many moving parts and nothing slips.\n\nPeople-first: you care about how candidates, new hires and teammates feel, and you sweat the details that shape their experience.\n\nProactive: you spot what needs doing and handle it before anyone asks.\n\nDiscreet: you handle confidential information with good judgment.\n\nAdaptable: you're comfortable switching between an interview schedule, a vendor call and a team offsite in the same afternoon.\n\nThis position is based out of our NYC office and requires a minimum of three days on site\n\nWhat you'll do\nManage day-to-day office operations: supplies, facilities, and relationships with vendors and building management.\n\nSupport US hiring: schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, and make sure every candidate has a smooth, positive experience.\n\nPlan and run office events and team activities: celebrations, offsites and traditions that build connections across the team.\n\nOwn US employee engagement: be the go-to person for team connection and culture. Plan the moments that make people feel part of the team.\n\nSupport general company operations: help manage inventory of Intenseye's hardware. Track units, coordinate shipments and returns, and keep records accurate.
