The ideal candidate will be an independent, quick learner who can deliver impactful results.\nThis role requires up to 40% travel.\nThis is a hybrid role with three days a week out of our NYC office\nKey Responsibilities:\nBecome the subject matter expert on the full Intenseye product suite, articulating its value and benefits to customers throughout the sales cycle.\nPartner with AEs to run deep technical discovery with complex prospects\nConfigure demo environments that reflect prospect-specific workflows and integrations\nAct as the technical expert during sales cycles, answering detailed questions about integrations, APIs, data flows, and product capabilities\nWork with Product and Engineering to scope custom solutions or identify development needs\nBuild proof-of-concept deliverables and custom solutions that help win deals\nHelp refine our Pre-Sales SE playbook to standardize technical support in the sales cycle and processes.\n Strategically address and overcome technical objections to secure successful outcomes for Intenseye.\nEffectively present the Intenseye solution to diverse audiences, from C-level executives to safety directors and operations managers. Train and educate partners, customers, and internal employees on the latest Intenseye product offerings.\nClose collaboration with the Implementation teams is crucial to ensure a smooth and comprehensive handover of solution delivery details.\nQualifications\nExperience: 3+ years as a Sales Engineer with a proven track record of working with Fortune 500 companies.\nCommunication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to clearly and efficiently articulate technical matters.\nEducation: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering field from an accredited university.\n Technical Expertise: Strong background in Networking including HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP, and Firewalls.
