Be our 3rd Dubai based hire - shaping and building this mega-high potential region!\n\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a strong Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to partner closely with Sales across the MENA markets, helping turn customer challenges into compelling technical solutions.\nThis is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll be involved from early discovery through to demo, solution design, POV/POC and close - working alongside the Account Executive as the technical lead on the opportunity.\nThe role suits someone who enjoys being close to customers, can hold their own with technical and commercial stakeholders, and knows how to turn complex technology into a story that makes sense.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with Account Executives on discovery, qualification and opportunity strategy.\n\nLead technical discovery and translate customer needs into clear, credible solutions.\n\nRun engaging, outcome-led demos and workshops for technical, commercial and executive audiences.\n\nDesign solutions that connect the customer’s business problem to Intent HQ’s capabilities.\n\nLead POV / POC activity, defining the approach, success criteria and technical requirements.\n\nBuild strong relationships with customer stakeholders and become a trusted technical voice throughout the sales process.\n\nNavigate technical, data, privacy and security questions, bringing the right people in when needed.\n\nSupport RFPs, technical proposals and commercial conversations.\n\nWork closely with Product and Delivery to ensure what is sold can be delivered.\n\nShare knowledge, approaches and best practice across the wider Pre-Sales team.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience in B2B technology Pre-Sales, ideally across SaaS, data, AI, MarTech or related technology.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with both technical and commercial audiences.\n\nA natural ability to understand a customer’s problem and turn it into a compelling solution.\n\nComfortable running live demos, workshops and technical conversations without relying heavily on scripts.\n\nCommercially aware, with a good understanding of how technical decisions influence a sales cycle.\n\nCurious about AI, data and modern technology and able to explain complex concepts simply.\n\nStrong cultural awareness and experience working across MENA markets.\n\nArabic language skills would be an advantage.\n\nWhy Join?\nYou’ll have real influence over how opportunities are shaped and won, rather than simply supporting deals from the sidelines.\nYou’ll work closely with Sales, Product and Delivery, have meaningful customer exposure, and play an important role in building the Pre-Sales capability across the region.\nIt’s a role for someone who wants to be trusted by customers, valued by Sales and influential in the deal.\nDiversity & Inclusion\nIntent HQ is an equal opportunities employer with an ethos of commitment to promoting and practicing diversity, equality and inclusion at work.
