This role is responsible for ensuring Intentsify’s data, signals, insights, and capabilities integrate seamlessly into the systems where customers and partners execute their go-to-market strategies.\nThis is a technical and customer-facing product role requiring a strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, B2B data, and the rapidly evolving AI-enabled Sales and Marketing technology landscape. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B product management skills with the technical depth to work directly with Engineering, customers, technology partners, and solution teams.\nThe role will also help evolve Intentsify’s integration strategy as enterprise GTM workflows expand beyond traditional SaaS applications toward AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, MCP, and machine-to-machine interactions.\nKey Responsibilities\nCRM, MAP & GTM Integrations\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap for integrations across CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, ABM, advertising, and other GTM systems.\nDefine product requirements, workflows, data mappings, APIs, authentication requirements, and integration specifications.\nManage and continuously improve existing integrations while identifying new opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.\nPartner with Engineering to prioritize, develop, test, release, and maintain scalable enterprise integrations.\nEnsure integrations meet expectations for reliability, scalability, security, usability, and data quality.\nEstablish reusable integration frameworks and standards that accelerate future integration development.\nAI & Emerging GTM Ecosystem\nMaintain a strong understanding of the evolving AI GTM landscape, including AI-enabled Sales and Marketing applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, and emerging interoperability standards.\nIdentify opportunities to make Intentsify data, signals, and intelligence accessible to AI applications and agents through APIs, MCP, and other emerging integration patterns.\nEvaluate emerging GTM technologies and recommend where Intentsify should build integrations, establish partnerships, or enable customers through APIs.\nServe as an internal subject matter expert on emerging SalesTech, MarTech, and AI GTM technology trends.\nCustomer & Market Engagement\nEngage directly with customers, prospects, and partners to understand integration requirements, technical environments, workflows, and desired business outcomes.\nLead customer discovery and technical product discussions, translating requirements into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off solutions.\nPartner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams on complex enterprise integration opportunities.\nIncorporate customer, partner, and market feedback into product roadmap prioritization.\nProduct Management & Execution\nOwn the product lifecycle for assigned capabilities from discovery and requirements through development, launch, adoption, and optimization.\nDevelop product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.\nMaintain and prioritize product backlogs and lead agile product development activities in partnership with Engineering.\nDefine and monitor KPIs including adoption, usage, reliability, customer satisfaction, and business impact.\nPartner with Product Marketing and GTM teams on positioning, enablement, product launches, and customer communications.\nRequirements\n5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Product Engineering, or a related technical product role.\nExperience building and managing B2B GTM applications, APIs, enterprise integrations, or data products.\nStrong understanding of CRM, Marketing Automation, SalesTech, MarTech, and the broader B2B GTM technology ecosystem.\nFamiliarity with leading CRM and MAP technologies and common enterprise integration patterns.\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication frameworks, data models, data mapping, and cloud-based integration architectures.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled Sales and Marketing technologies, including AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nExperience within B2B data, advertising, demand generation, MarTech, or SalesTech strongly preferred.\nProven ability to translate customer and business requirements into technical product requirements and work effectively with Engineering teams.\nStrong customer-facing, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where technology, customer expectations, and the AI GTM ecosystem are rapidly
