Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form\nMechanical aptitude required\nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.\nCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEffectively communicate with the shift Supervisor, other departments and other shifts in regard to part quality, equipment, special instructions, corrective action and productivity. \nCoordinate warehouse activities to maintain raw materials and outgoing pallets.\nRespond to machine alarms and take corrective action involving quality issues, processing and or minor machine, mold and auxiliary equipment repairs. \nActively participate in Total Housekeeping Management. \nProvide technical assistance in maintaining expected levels of productivity in order to fulfill scheduling and quality requirements. \nAssist in shift operations as necessary and be proactive in contributing creative and/or innovative ideas for continuous improvement in addition to assistance with special projects as assigned. \nComplies with government regulations in adherence of EPA, MSDS, Lock/out-Tag/Out and all other proper safety standards \nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:\nInside environmental conditions protected from weather conditions, not necessarily temperature conditions.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat.
