TITLE: Assistant Shift Supervisor POSITION OBJECTIVE: Under the direction of the Plant Manager and with the assistance of Production Managers, the Production Supervisor directs and coordinates the job responsibilities of the production team. Supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED, plus 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience in plastics. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have hands on experience in mold set up and skills related to the Structural Foam and High-Pressure Molding Industry. Granger Robotic experience a plus. Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
