required.\nKnowledge of business applications, databases, and enterprise systems.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and production workflows.\nExperience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.\nAbility to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for IT/programming teams.\nExperience generating reports and running queries to retrieve, analyze, and validate system data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics tools such as Tableau or similar BI tools.\nExperience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively as a bridge between business users and technical/programming teams. \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.\nCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWork closely with business users to understand business needs, processes, issues, and system requirements.\nServe as the primary liaison between business users and IT/programming teams.\nEvaluate business requests and determine system requirements, potential solutions, and impacts.\nTranslate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications for programmers.\nCoordinate with programmers on system enhancements, modifications, integrations, and issue resolution.\nFollow up on system development and enhancements to ensure requirements are understood and addressed.\nCoordinate system testing and UAT with business users and programmers.\nGenerate reports and run system queries to analyze business data and support decision-making.\nAnalyze sales, production, inventory, customer, and other system data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement.\nMaintain and improve business processes, system documentation, and reporting requirements.\nAssist with implementation of new systems, system enhancements, and process improvements.\nProvide support and guidance to users regarding system functionality and business processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, and business processes.\nManage multiple system-related projects and priorities and communicate status, issues, and follow-up items to relevant teams.\nSupport special projects and other duties as assigned. .\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS:\nThis is a hybrid position, with a combination of in-office and remote work based on business needs.\nOccasional travel is required for plant visits, and business events.\nFast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.\nTools/ Equipment/ Software: AS400 / IBM i, Microsoft Office/Excel, Tableau or similar reporting and analytics
