skills\nIntegrity and great work ethic\nMust be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude\nAbility to work independently\nTeam player\nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.\nEffectively manage job-related stress and foster productive workplace interactions.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nUnderstand, follow, and enforce all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices.\nParticipate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned.\nOperate a group of plastic processing machines and auxiliary equipment safely and to high quality standards.\nParticipate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities.\nPerform basic processing to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.\nEnsure all operators on shift maintain quality standards.\nFill in for operators for vacations, breaks, and absences.\nPerform frequent, on-time quality checks on products against established quality standards.\nAssist maintenance personnel with mechanical repairs.\nMaintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.\nComplete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner for your shift.\nCommunicate with all members of Production, Shipping, Maintenance, and Management.\nCoordinate production line support staff in accomplishing the lines’ objectives.\nVerify material usage per standards.\nNotify other managers, supervisors, and leads of any major problems or questions.\nCommunicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift. \nAssist in the training of new Operators.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS
