No remote work\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum of 3-years of experience in a manufacturing environment\nStrong math, written, verbal and analytical skills\nExcellent computer skills\nMicrosoft Office – intermediate level\nExcel – advanced level \nInventory system software - intermediate level\nAbility to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and functional teams.\nDemonstrated confidentiality and the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.\nAbility to work independently and take on new challenges\nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.\nCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nBe a key contributing team member \nCreate and/or processing purchase orders and maintain tracking of delivery\nEvaluating and planning of raw material component(s) and / packaging products and their delivery\nEstablish and maintain vendor relationships.\nMaintain vendor, inventory, and regulatory files\nCarry out procedures involving quality and trial processes with suppliers\nSet up new suppliers and / or service providers \nFollow company policies and procedures \nFollow up on all orders for proper authorization in a timely manner\nAttend scheduling and / or production meetings as assigned\nMonitor inventory for “Obsolete” materials\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:\nHours – 8am to 5pm.
