RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide day-to-day supervision and support to machine operators, ensuring machines are running efficiently and production goals are met.\nAssist operators in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues with machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production flow.\nTrain and mentor machine operators on best practices, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.\nManage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing issues as they arise to ensure smooth operation across the production floor.\nMonitor production quality to ensure products meet all relevant standards and specifications.\nEnsure all production activities comply with company safety policies and industry regulations.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:\nFast-paced production floor with exposure to machinery noise and variable temperatures. \nMust adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.\n\nTRAINING:\nMust complete ongoing training as required.\n\nMACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC DEVICES & SOFTWARE:\nMust have experience with basic hand tools.\nMust have experience with Microsoft Software.\n\nPHYSICAL
