We provide great pay and benefits. \n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in mechanical maintenance preferred.\n5 or more years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician or similar role.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.\nProficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency callouts when required.\nEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.\nCapable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\n\nADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance.\nKnowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.\nFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\nExperienced in identifying and repairing gears, transmissions, and gearboxes. \nExperienced in web-based equipment strongly recommended.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPerform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.\nDiagnose mechanical faults and identify solutions to minimize equipment downtime.\nInstall, assemble, and dismantle machinery as needed.\nRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.\nConduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.\nReplace or repair defective components, such as bearings, gears, motors, and pumps.\nCollaborate with other maintenance team members, engineers, and production staff to improve equipment efficiency.\nMaintain accurate detailed records of maintenance work performed.\nAdhere to company policies and safety regulations.\n\nTRAINING:\nMust complete ongoing training as required.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:\nExposure to machinery noise and variable temperatures. \nMust adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.\nThe role involves working in an industrial manufacturing setting.\nRequires
