managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProcessing finished products.\nTrimming access flash and removal of sprues from plastic. \nAssemble and packaging. \nProper use of hand tools \nRecord keeping for accurate production; including counts, defective parts, quantity produced, downtime and uptime, \nKeeping work area clean, organized and free from clutter. \nBasic understanding of types of plastics.\nAssistance in training new employees. \nAll other duties assigned.\n\nTRAINING:\nEach employee will work with Shift Trainer for on-the-job training\n\nMACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC DEVICES & SOFTWARE:\nHand tools to include – snap blade, rasper, clippers, putty knife, swivel knife\nHigh Pressure and Structural Foam Presses\n\nPHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:\nMust be able to stand for 12 hours a day\nAble to lift, bend, push, pull and reach up to 50 pounds throughout shift\n\nVISUAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:\nInspect and classify rejected and approved
