Click here for more information about Global Travel Collection.\nResponsibilities\nJob Summary:\nWe are looking for an organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with day-to-day coordination and execution. In addition to general marketing coordination, this role focuses on design production and email marketing, from building emails to deploying them. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys turning briefs into polished, on-brand deliverables and wants hands-on experience in travel marketing.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nGeneral Marketing Coordination\nTrack project requests, timelines, and deliverables using the team's project management tools.\nCoordinate with internal teams, advisors, and supplier partners to gather content, assets, and approvals.\nProofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.\nFocus Area: Design Production\nDevelop templates for advisor and employee adoption in alignment with brand standards\nCreate microsites in Figma for events, campaigns, and special initiatives.\nSupport the creation of promotional admin pages for special offers, inspirational blogs and Meta campaigns.\nDesign PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, and other marketing collaterals.\nDesign banner ads and digital display assets.\nSource and curate images that align with brand standards and usage rights.\nFocus Area: Email Marketing\nDesign and build emails in HTML for invitations, events, and special communications.\nTest emails before deployment, including rendering across devices and email clients, link checks, and proofing.\nSet up audience lists and segments in Acoustic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud in coordination with the team.\nSchedule, deploy, and send emails through Acoustic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\nTrack basic email performance (opens, clicks, bounces) and share results with the team.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nA portfolio showcasing digital and email design work.\nAt least 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or email marketing.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.\nHands-on experience coding responsive emails in HTML and CSS.\nExperience building and deploying emails in Acoustic Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.\nExperience testing emails in email marketing tools such as Litmus.\nAdvanced knowledge of Figma.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nNice to Have\nExperience in travel, hospitality, or luxury brands.\nPAY AND BENEFITS\nOur benefit offerings include medical insurance, meal tickets, transportation allowance, paid time off, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.\nThe salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working.
