The role combines program coordination, workshop design, stakeholder engagement, communications, and innovation operations to help bring new ideas to life. The incumbent develops engaging experiences, creates compelling communications and visual materials, facilitates collaborative sessions, conducts exploration and experimentation, and supports the successful execution of innovation initiatives from concept through implementation. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
