A Senior Group Product Manager (Sr. GPM) leads a portfolio of product teams focused on delivering strategic outcomes across a major area of the business. A Sr. GPM oversees multiple product managers, drives the vision and execution of critical product lines, and serves as a cross-functional leader aligning engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders.\nWhat You Will Do:\nPeople Leadership Accountability\nRecruit and develop the right people that believe in and reflect in their behavior Interac’s values and culture.\n\nDemonstrate strong performance management skills, effectively setting and communicating expectations, identifying development opportunities, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.\n\nEstablish, monitor and communicate performance standards to direct reports reinforcing individual results, work quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and achievement of company objectives.\n\nFoster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members; Resolve conflicts that may arise, addressing issues promptly and fairly.\n\nEffectively and proactively identify upcoming team needs based on future product roadmap, and ensure the team has what it needs to successfully execute on upcoming projects to maximize value delivered.\n\nPortfolio Product Strategy and Roadmap\nDefine, evolve, and drive the multiyear product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with company strategy, market shifts, and long-term business goals.\n\nDrive Business Performance and Outcomes\nMaintain end to end accountability for product performance across the portfolio, including P&L oversight, key performance outcomes, and data driven optimization of investment, prioritization, and results.\n\nLead Strategic Product Execution, Cross Functional Delivery and Go-to-Market Functional\nTranslate strategy into clear product direction by shaping strategic requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and balancing customer needs, business objectives, and system-level tradeoffs across teams.\n\nSet portfolio guardrails and decision frameworks that guide execution across multiple product teams.\n\nBuild and scale cross functional alignment and execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high impact launches, adoption, and sustained post launch growth.\n\nExecutive & Enterprise Stakeholder Partnership\nCollaborate with executive leadership to set product goals, priorities, and investment decisions, and represent the product organization in senior level, cross functional forums.\n\nWhat You Bring:\n12+ years of product management or equivalent relevant experience, including 3+ years managing PM leaders or leading high-impact portfolios.\n\nAbility to communicate with executive presence; aligning teams and leaders around vision, outcomes, and strategy.\n\nStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.\n\nComfort working with executive leadership and influencing at a senior level.\n\nWorking in and managing a complex ecosystem of public and private sector stakeholders.\n\nTrack record of aligning product strategy with technical architecture across teams or organizations.\n\nProven ability to define and scale best-in-class product development practices across teams, shaping product culture and execution frameworks org-wide.\n\nExperience with metric-driven product planning and execution.\n\nProven success scaling high-impact product areas or launching 0-to-1 initiatives that deliver long-term business value.\n\nEligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.\n\nWhat We’re Offering:\nThe hiring range for this position will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
