From thought leadership and customer stories to social content, video scripts and web copy, you'll have the opportunity to shape compelling narratives that resonate with HR, internal communications and IT professionals.Key Responsibilities\nDraft written content for the development of articles, blogs, guides, ebooks, templates, infographs, emails, interactive content, and more.\nAssist with asset creation for LinkedIn and YouTube.\nAssist the content marketing manager and marketing team with content calendar contributions and upkeep.\nWork closely with Brand, Events, Creative, and Sales teams to support cross-functional campaigns and support collateral needed outside of campaigns.\nSupport people within the wider business with ad hoc requests for writing, imagery, video, and presentations.\nMaintain content standards, including governance and maintenance of content.\nEngage in competitor analysis and content research including AI prompt analysis.\nEssential experience\n5+ years' experience working in B2B, with a focus on internal comms, HR, and IT audiences.\nExcellent copywriting skills and a portfolio of written work.\nExperience writing and designing for social channels as well as programming content in line with business priorities and marketing objectives.\nProven history of working on multimedia projects and campaigns.\nExperience with interviewing customers, product specialists, and internal experts to produce case studies, first-party data reports and expert-led content.\nExperience using AI to optimise efficiencies and output, wile keeping human oversight a key requirement.\nExperience working with Semrush to develop SEO content strategy.\nExperience working with Google Search Console to analyse, track and report on content performance.\nKnowledge\nSolid understanding of organic SEO best practices and AEO content structures.\nUnderstanding of how content is cited by AI assistants, including answer-first structures and consistent terminology.\nAbility to write to a house style and tone of voice.\nAbility to edit and provide feedback to others.\nAbout you\nCreative flair and ability to generate and execute inspirational ideas and briefs.\nA proactive, highly organised self-starter able to work in a remote-friendly team.\nEnthusiasm for content creation and trying new things.\nDesirable\nExperience with producing long-form video (webinar, rountable, conversation, podcast etc) preferable but not essential.
