Collaborating closely with the QA Lead, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you will implement robust testing strategies and contribute to our culture of quality and innovation.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesigning, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks across web, mobile, and backend systems.\nCreating automated tests for modern applications built with .NET Core, ReactJS, and React Native.\nDeveloping and executing automated API tests to ensure reliability and performance across services.\nCollaborating with engineers and product teams in an Agile environment to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues early.\nIntegrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable releases.\nDriving best practices around test automation, accessibility, and software quality.\nLeveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.\nContributing to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Skills & Experience\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.\nAt least 2 years' experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation.\nHands-on experience testing modern applications, including backend services, web applications, and mobile products.\nStrong experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Detox.\nFamiliarity with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) approaches and frameworks such as SpecFlow.\nExperience writing and maintaining automated API tests.\nStrong SQL skills with the ability to create complex queries and analyse data.\nExperience working with CI/CD platforms such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar.\nExposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.\nUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience carrying out accessibility testing.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.\nUnderstanding of security testing principles and best practices.\nExperience using Git for version control.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, and the wider Atlassian toolset.\nISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification.\nWhat Will Make You Successful\nWe're looking for someone who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
