opportunities.\nChallenge & verify the necessity of business requirements, prioritizing business-critical deliveries over 'nice to have' requests.\nCreate business and functional requirement specifications outlining implementable solutions that will address business needs while keeping the client experience at the front of the mind.\nWork with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood & the technical solutions are aligned.\nTrack & monitor project deliveries across multiple disciplines, escalating blocks.\nTest deliveries are in line with business requirements & offer a positive user experience.\nEngage staff to ensure delivered solutions are properly integrated into the daily account-opening processes.\nStrong expertise in leading and mentoring teams through complex deliverables\nSkills and Qualifications Required\n10+ years of project management experience.\nExperience in financial services or brokerage firms is preferable\nUI/UX experience preferred.\nA University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or similar is preferable.\nHolder of professional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma will be an advantage.\nA proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.\nAble to work independently and work under
