global markets. \nWhat will be your responsibilities within IBKR: \nAs a member of the Marketing Technology Quality Engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain automated testing and data quality frameworks that ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of Interactive Brokers' marketing platforms, analytics systems, and customer acquisition technologies for the IBKR Marketing Department and management.\nBuild scalable testing frameworks that enable our team to deploy confidently and maintain high system reliability\nDesign comprehensive test suites covering unit, integration, and acceptance testing that catch issues before they reach production\nCollaborate with engineers and data scientists to embed quality practices throughout the development lifecycle\nProvide metrics and reporting on test coverage, quality trends, and system reliability\nBuild and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for test infrastructure\nDevelop data quality checks to ensure integrity across pipelines and databases\nInvestigate and triage test failures, working with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes\n\n What required skill’s you need:\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related quantitative field\n3+ years of software engineering or test automation experience with strong coding skills (Python required)\nExperience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar).\nStrong experience with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, etc.)\nStrong SQL skills and experience validating data across relational databases and analytical platforms.\nStrong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail\nExperience with version control systems (git)\n\nExperience & Mindset:\nDemonstrated ownership mindset with a passion for improving quality and reliability\nAbility to think critically and challenge assumptions through data-driven testing\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving business requirements\nStrong collaboration skills across engineering, analytics, and business teams\nExperience validating data pipelines, business intelligence reports, and marketing analytics systems.\nSolid foundation in testing methodologies and quality assurance principles\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities\nSelf-motivated with ability to drive projects independently\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with data quality/lineage platforms (Manta/Ataccama)\nExperience with Claude Code, Codex or equivalent\nBackground in performance/load testing tools\nAPI and contract testing experience\nExperience with data engineering concepts and
