Limited to the following eligible locations: Vancouver (British Columbia), Toronto (Ontario), and Montreal (Quebec). \nThis is a Part-time Fully Remote Position.\n What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: \nUse Chinese language skills to translate documents in Traditional and Simplified Chinese.\nDaily processing of institutional and retail client applications.\nReviewing and verifying proof of identity, proof of address, and other documents collected from new account applicants.\nCollaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.\nCross-reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account\nFollow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.\nCorrespond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.\nHours: Commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week with flexibility to work up to 40 hours (subject to hours availability).\nWeekend Requirement: Minimum 8 hours of availability over the weekend.\n Which skills are required:\nBachelor's Degree \nExcellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese languages\nExperience: 2-3 years in Financial Services preferred. Recent graduates with relevant degrees who are motivated and demonstrate the right aptitude will also be considered.\nProficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel
