It's a fast-paced environment where precision, accountability, and deep market knowledge drive everything we do. \n\nInteractive Brokers (“IBKR”) is seeking an entry-level Analyst to join the Securities Finance desk. The desk is responsible for interfacing with institutional clients to facilitate short selling and arbitrage strategies, trading the Delta One book and enhancing IBKR's securities lending product.\n\nWhat your responsibilities will be at IBKR:\nProvide locates and securities lending market color to clients such as hedge funds and proprietary trading firms.\nServe as a subject matter expert (SME) to other departments such as Client Service, Risk, Treasury and Sales.\nPrice Delta One trades utilizing Bloomberg and Excel and ensuring settlement.\nBuild models of new trade types to evaluate risk, revenue and balance sheet impact.\nPropose new projects and execute your vision.\nExpand the fully-paid securities lending program.\nGenerate reports and perform P&L analysis\nConduct US IPO syndicate activities\n\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field.\nSolid problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong knowledge of Excel (including VBA macros) and AI\nLight programming skills are preferred.\nInteract with clients and counterparties using sound judgment and
