Recent graduates should have completed at least one software development internship.\nProgramming experience in at least one of Python, Go, C++, Rust, or Java, with the ability to build structured applications beyond basic scripting and a willingness to work primarily in Python and Go.\nA solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design, demonstrated through internships, coursework, or substantive projects.\nStrong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the initiative to investigate unfamiliar problems and follow through on a solution.\nFamiliarity using Git version control.\nWorking familiarity with the Unix/Linux command line and basic shell scripting.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical decisions and document your work.\nFamiliarity with unit and acceptance testing, and experience writing automated tests in your chosen programming language.\nHands-on experience using an agentic coding tool such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, pi.dev, or similar to develop, debug, or test software.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with frontend development with VueJS or React.\nExperience with Django or FastAPI.\nExperience with Pytest.\nFamiliarity with SQL.\nJira and Confluence experience.\nFamiliarity with distributed object storage\nExperience with a container technology.\n\nCompany
