Transportation, Legal, through a systematic procure to pay process. \nJob Responsibilities -\nLead assigned sourcing projects and drives them to successful completion, including market analysis, RFx process, risk assessment and due diligence, commercial negotiations, contract execution, and Purchase Order management.\nPerform tactical (BAU) procurement activities per the framework/guidelines defined.\nSupport the supplier risk assessment and due diligence process. \nDevelop strong relationships with internal business partners.\nDrive cost-saving initiatives to align with company goals.\nDetermine total cost of ownership for products and services procured.\nParticipate in the evaluation of supplier capabilities, cost structure, risks, and ongoing performance monitoring etc.\nDevelop supplier scorecards / ratings on an ongoing basis to measure supplier performance.\nIssue Purchase orders and track deliveries. \nActively work with AP and suppliers to resolve any invoice and payment issues.\nManage vendor catalogs and work with Category Leaders and business to keep them current.\nAbility to review/redline contracts/Order Forms across multiple procurement categories.\n\nQualifications\nBS or BA in Purchasing, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology or other business-related field\n5 – 7 years’ relevant procurement experience\nSolid negotiation, analytical and reporting skills\nExpertise in financial analysis with knowledge in cost model development\nTeam player with the ability to work on cross-functional teams\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong computer skills and hands on with one of the Source to Pay solution\nStrong organizational and project management skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with IT, legal, procurement, finance and other departments as needed to accomplish daily tasks and issues.\nComfortable with engaging suppliers and leading internal calls for project resolution\nExperienced with summarizing and effectively communicating contract summary to senior executives\nAbility to determine prioritization of sourcing funnels and actively work with
