You will be in direct contact with the marketing directors of these brands and take full responsibility for planning, managing and optimizing successful advertising campaigns.\nWe are seeking a candidate with advanced English and German proficiency, as the role primarily involves engaging with international clients.\nTasks\nKey Account Management: Acting as the main point of contact for our key accounts and building long-term, trusted relationships with their marketing teams.\n\nClient Advisory & Strategy: Advising and supporting our clients in developing and implementing marketing strategies using interactive media and digital tools.\n\nCampaign Planning & Execution: Planning and coordinating campaigns from briefing to launch, together with our internal team and production partners.\n\nConcept & Analysis: Analyzing the business objectives and target audiences of our clients and translating them into effective interactive campaigns.\n\nInternal Collaboration: Working closely with our developers, analysts and production partners to deliver on client goals.\n\nWorkshops & Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients on product usage and best practices.\n\nProject & Task Management: End-to-end management of client projects, timelines and deliverables.\n\nCampaign Optimization: Continuously analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.\n\nRequirements\nFluent in English and German (both spoken and written).\n\nKey Account Experience: Proven experience managing client relationships, ideally with larger accounts, in consulting, agency, customer success or marketing.\n\nCampaign Know-how: Experience planning and running marketing campaigns, ideally for international brands.\n\nClient-Facing & Communicative: Confident communicating with senior marketing stakeholders.\n\nExceptional Task Management: Strong organizational talent to balance multiple clients, projects and deadlines.\n\nProblem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical skills paired with an eye for detail.\n\nBenefits\nA full-time position with a salary of €43,000 to €50,000 gross\n\nAn individual bonus of up to €6,000 per year\n\nA team bonus of up to €10,000 per year\n\nFlexible working hours and locations\n\nA spot in one of the most focused teams in Europe\n\nExciting projects with valuable hands-on professional experience\n\nIf you are passionate about driving innovative marketing solutions and cultivating long-term customer relationships, we eagerly anticipate your application.
